How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. TheShopPro will send you a confirmation mail and sms for your order, to the email address. In this mail you will be provided with a “Unique Order ID” for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

Is it necessary to have a account to buy/purchase?

No, there is not necessary to have a account to buy and purchase items.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, we do not allowed to order a product which is 'Out of Stock'.

How do I make a payment for a purchase?

You have many option for payment such as Cash of Delivery, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Payment Wallet, PayTM and EMI option also available to make payments for your order. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We used trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept only Indian VISA and MasterCard. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We used trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. We are not responsible for any octroi payments.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or completed, that you have placed. To check the status of your pending orders, go to your “Account” . This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “View Order”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

What do the different order status mean ?
Pending Payment: Your order has been placed but payment/verification is pending.
Pending: Order payment received in case of Prepaid order and order process pending from seller.
Processing: Your order has been proceed and confirmed, your package is ready for shipped.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Complete: Your order delivered to your given address.
Canceled : The order was canceled.
Closed: We have issue credit memo for your order for refund.
How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free shipping on most of the product. but, there is Express Shipping option also for buyer so buyer can received there product express. Express Shipping changes Rs. 100 per order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders.All orders get shipped within 5 working days from the warehouse.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Does we have deliver internationally?

No, we are not accepting international order at the moment.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All ordered product are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

How do I replace get a defective item?

We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 48 hours of receipt of the product, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
